By accessing or using My Ajo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Description of Service

My Ajo is a digital platform that facilitates rotating savings and credit associations (ROSCA), commonly known as Ajo, Esusu, or Adashe. The platform allows users to:

• Create and join savings circles with trusted members
• Contribute funds according to agreed schedules
• Receive payouts based on the rotation order
• Track contributions and manage circle activities

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of My Ajo, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Make timely contributions as agreed in your circles
• Respect other users and the community guidelines

4. Trust-Based vs Automated Groups

Trust-Based Groups: Transfers happen outside the app between members directly. My Ajo is not responsible for disputes or lost funds in these groups.

Automated Groups: Payments are processed through our secure wallet system. A 2% service fee applies to automated transactions.

5. Fees and Payments

• Creating an account is free
• Automated wallet transactions incur a 2% service fee
• Bank transfer fees may apply based on your bank
• All fees are clearly displayed before confirmation

6. Trust Score System

Your Trust Score reflects your reliability as a circle member. Points are earned through on-time payments and lost through late or missed contributions. This score is visible to other users when you join circles.

7. Prohibited Content & User-Generated Content

My Ajo includes group chat features that allow members to communicate within their savings circles. By using these features, you agree that you will not share, upload, or transmit any content that:

• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography
• Promotes violence, threats, or intimidation
• Constitutes hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Contains spam, phishing, scam links, or misleading information
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Users can report inappropriate messages directly within the app. Group administrators have the authority to delete messages and mute or remove members who violate these guidelines. We reserve the right to review reported content and take action including content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct deemed harmful to the community.
